Inspired by these principles, I founded MiCa Mindfulness services—a dedicated resource for nurturing altruistic individuals and organisations, supporting those who excel in giving to others yet often neglect to self-care. By tending to ourselves, we amplify our potential to create positive waves of transformation in the world.
